The pool was closed, the area was extremely busy, there was construction being done inside and outside of the building which limited parking. The room doors didn't have safety latches so I had to go buy a security bar from Walmart.

No phone in the room. Desk was dirty with glass stains. No extras in the bathroom … (hair dryer)

Cockroach on the floor as soon as I walked in my room. Musty smell. Hairs all over bathroom.

Staff were friendly. AC did not work (only blew air not cold); it stayed on 74 despite me turning it to the lowest setting to try and cool it off. It was 1030 at night and people were screaming down the hall. The shower wasn’t very clean. Shower head also wouldn’t stay upright (kept falling down). The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I tried to use the computer to print a few papers and it didn’t work. Staff weren’t helpful with that.

Very quick and easy check in/out! I don’t remember her name but the older lady that worked up front is an angel. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much for the great hospitality!
