As a tea drinker, they only had herb tea in the morning. This is really not good enough! They told me they only get herb tea sent from their supplier. Really??? They didn't care.

I liked that it was close to the airport. But not the sound of jets taking off early in the morning

The woman at the front desk at check was excellent - very friendly and helpful. One of the best front desk workers I have ever met. Unfortunately, the systems were off and we originally were checked into a room that was obviously not cleaned yet. We were immediately transferred to a new room which was very clean.

Mamie checked me in and she was awesome. So staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and clean. Very convenient to airport.

The sheets were not clean at all; fortunately, I brought my own. There was a bit of molding in areas of the room. It was a little hot throughout the building and felt humid. The breakfast was subpar. I was expecting better for the price we paid. Not too impressed with the overall filth and lack of breakfast options. Aside from the poor quality of food and filthy room, the employee in the front had great customer service.

Easy access from airport. Good parking. Clean lobby. Good front desk experience. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Easy checkout.

Check in took thirty minutes due to our room being given away to someone else. Then the key cards were not able to be made. A maintenance person walked us to our room and let us in. The room had wet carpets from cleaning during the day and not being dried yet. The person at the desk was nice but I don't think we will stay there again. When you reserve a room and pay in advance, the room should be ready for you when you arrive.
