"I liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and ready to help all the time. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. She also made sure that our luggage is being taken care off till we come back on the last day of our stay. I would definitely like to stay here in the future."

"We had a great time, with a warm room, nice whirlpool tub, good shower and sauna. I also liked the breakfast. But the only major thing that bothered us was kids running around in the lobby after 10 pm, and neither the hotel staff nor the kids' parents were doing anything about it. This was extremely annoying. Also, I wish we had known in advance that you have to call to get a room with a whirlpool tub: they told us this only when we checked out.....they said it wasn't possible to do online (not...

"I traveled alone the place was well lit even the parking ramp and they had extra steps for safety using the elevators. It was very very cold on the days i stayed and my car wouldnt start but the security on duty that day went well out of his way to help me, he was very nice and helpful. "

"Staff was awesome. Best pet friendly room that I have stayed at. I had difficulty calling the front desk to make sure my late arrival was not going to cancel my room. We could hear them but no matter what phone we used they couldn’t hear us. Not much for potty areas for dogs but walking distance for fast foods."
