"I have stayed here many times. Their rates during the week are some of the lowest around. Generally I have gotten a room that is quiet. As we all know, when you stay at a budget hotel there is always the chance you will get stuck with one of "those people, a neighbor that thinks they are the only people on Earth and bang stuff and walk around all night long. Thankfully last night was not one of those nights and I got a great night's sleep. As always, the room was clean, comfortable, and the guy at the front desk was nice."

"Wonderful stay. The staff is absolutely gracious and upbeat, our room was exceptional and we had wished we could have stayed longer. Ate at one of the restaurants and it was delicious and reasonable; we ate prime rib and walleye. Top notch. First time visit, already planning on returning. "

"The location next to the lake is wonderful. Plus, the hotel is close to all restaurants and a couple of breweries in the Canal Park area. Loved the breakfast the CPL provided. One of the best I have had at a hotel for a long time."
