"Expedia you charged me 75 plus tax for a hotel I could have gotten for 67. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed at. The room smelled like pee, I felt unsafe, wasn't that clean. The description is not what it actually looked like. 1st and last time using Expedia. "

"this place was beautiful and the rooms were very large in the bathroom was lovely. In a very strange location, but we managed to get around just fine. The front desk clerk was like lurch from the Addams family. Not helpful at all, never smiled."

"Jared was great. Tv didn’t work in the first room he put me in and switched rooms without hesitation. Excellent customer service. The beds in this Hampton could use some improvements. I’ve been at this location multiple times and something about the beds that is uncomfortable. Overall it is a very good Hampton to stay at. Again customer service is top notch. "
