Pros: centrally located
Cons: dirty, bed linens had stains and holes/looked unwashed, did not provide enough towels for number of registered guests, towels were ripped and had holes.
Room did bit have all provided things for it being classified as as “suite”. There was a sink with no soap or sponge. No cups for coffee. No coffee or tea packets.
We stayed for 4 days and no housekeeping done even though we specifically asked. They came in only to change towels and left the dirty towels on the carpet. Didn’t make beds or vacuum.
I called ahead of time to ensure pools were working. Indoor pool idea was nice but the water was 60 deg and was told they would inform maintenance - which never happened.
The AC is old and could not keep temperature even.
I won’t be staying here again and would advise others to look elsewhere.
We paid over $400/nt and it was 2 star service.

We stayed here for three nights for the Balloon Fiesta. This property was very convenient because it is just off the highway. As we learned our second morning, as long as you are willing to leave prior to 4am, it is a clear shot to parking and you miss most traffic. If not, you will sit on highway for 2.5 hours.
We stayed in the one bed studio. Highly recommend as it has a fully equipped kitchen, very nice sized bathroom with a great shower and a sofa. Bed was stiffer than we like but still slept well and room was fairly quiet. Oh, and the air conditioning is awesome, as well as all of the employees we encountered during our stay. The only thing I would complain about is there is only one chair at the kitchen table, but we ate on the sofa, so not really anything to complain about. This is a great property at a reasonable price, 5 stars all the way!

Wifi in my room didn’t work. Shower was terrible, sprayed everywhere. Staff nice. Breakfast good. Room otherwise good

Nice room, bad employee
Posted 11 Oct 2024 on HotelsTried to see if early checkin was available, no big deal if it wasn’t, but was looked at like I was stupid by an employee named Tonya for even asking.
The third day of my stay my debit card was trying to be charged for the stay when I know I used a credit card. Since I did not authorize this my bank flagged it as fraud and I had to cancel that card and now deal with a replacement. That same day I was being charged on my credit card, which I wanted to use, but it was for a different amount than I was charged on the first day. I went to the front desk to figure this out and was understandably a bit heated. Luckily I dealt with a different employee who was very nice and said her manager would help once he was back. During this exchange, once again Tonya popped up. She told me to “lower my tone” because she was checking in a guest. I was not screaming by any means and this only irritated me more given the situation I was in with my credit/debit card.
Once I figured out the card situation I unfortunately had to interact with Tonya again. I noticed 2 full shampoos were left in my room even though I had the privacy sign on. When I gave them back and asked why someone went into a room with a sign she said it was a “miscommunication” and “what would you like me to do about it?”
Yet another Tonya interaction on my last night. I called for toilet paper and she said sure, walk down to get it. Walk down to the lobby in my pjs? Horrible employee! Almost ruined my vacation!
