General manager, Michelle was horrible. She was rude. Our rooms were dirty. She had an attitude we came from Colorado Springs for youth football of course the kids wanted to enjoy the pool wasn’t even quiet time . She yelled at the kids for being loud remind you quiet time was at 10 and it was 8 o’clock on a Friday night wouldn’t recommend this hotel to even my enemies

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, your team were not the only rooms we had in-house and yet everyone acted like they were. We had other families leave the pool area due to the noise level of your team. The pool area is meant for all guests to enjoy, not your team to monopolize. Due to the disrespect towards the staff and other guests, your team is no longer welcome at our hotel.

Asked for cleaning service to the room before we left for day at 10am. Room was not touched. Called at 5pm to see what they could do and they said we can give you towels if you come down to get them. Limited sincerity on an apology.

Dislike: One of the elevators was out of service and it took forever for the remaining elevator.
Like: This hotel had a nice area to sit outdoors, parking was great and overall a good experience beside the elevator.

Easy access to all our destinations and nice staff.. the only thing I didn't like was the construction that was going on in the night near the hotel

The waitress and cook for breakfast were awesome! Check in was pleasant and easy. Check out was a breeze.
There were toothpaste flecks on the wall in the bathroom. Not as clean as expected

Convenient in terms of being near the business I was there for; inconvenient in terms of having to take Ubers to and from dining options, which were not far but could not be walked to (safety concerns with traffic and neighborhood). Overall, good place to stay with big parking spaces in back to accommodate my U-Haul.
