"Pros: location was convenient to the main areas of Helen. Main part of our room was nice- new carpet, nice large TV and stand. Three beds and a sofa which gave my family plenty if room for sleeping and the room was large so we could spread out. Cons: bathroom was tiny, shower was tiny (maybe 32” x 32”), large gaps around the door so you could see through them, paint was all over things that shouldn’t be painted (I’d hire a new painter), no place to hang clothes, breakfast was very limited with...

"Usually at many hotels the rooms are nice but the bathrooms are terrible. This has a nice clean and remodeled bathroom that is very spacious. I even felt like I could take a bath. It really added a lot to the stay. "

"The room was very good for the price. It was spacious, high quality bed, decent wi-fi, microwave, and refrigerator. The only suggestion I have is that the morning maid service needs to be later for people who are staying. On Thanksgiving morning, she was knocking on the door at 8:30 A.M."
