Have stayed many times while visiting friends or attending events ( we lived in area for 27 yrs..now retired in CT).
MUCH improved since last stay as new carpets, flooring installed. Ez parking, walk to Smith or downtown..nice comp breakfast in am .
The walls could use a paint job but very friendly greeter at desk ( with cookies a bonus!) made up for that. Comfy bed & little refrig in room nice

No amenities. Room wasn’t cleaned the first night even though requested.,second night towels were replaced and bed done.HOWEVER, TRASH WWAS NOT EMPIED AND ROOM WASNT SWEPT PR THINGS NOT PICKED UP FROM THE FLOOR.?no extra roll of toilet paper provided until asked. No barsoap.?Bathroom tiny and no space for toiletries. No water, coffee or tea in the room. No working fireplace though advertised. This is a motel type hotel. Absolutely no charm. And bad service
The location is good and bedding was passable.

Friendly staff. If you get a room in the front of the building, the traffic in the morning is annoying.

Unless you are visiting in Northampton getting anywhere in the vicinity is difficult and time consuming due traffic and pedestrians.

Nice location across from the college and walkable to town. Great breakfast in the morning. Comfortable beds.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and a variety of continental breakfast choices. Beware of the slippery when wet bathroom floor. Pillows could be softer but bed was very comfortable and clean.
