Check in and staff was great. Booked a 2 room suite or apartment style and saw that the bed was pretty much just thrown in the corner of the common living space with the fridge and sink and the second bedroom was very small with no ac. The room was clean however.

Rooms are a little dated, but clean and have all the amenities you might need. Nice place to stay.

Margaret was super busy but still found time to show us around the property while we waited for our room to be ready. She also got us an early check in which was greatly appreciated as I know that’s not an easy thing to pull off when you have a lot of people coming and going. Room was nice & cool; the deck had a nice view, staff were friendly. Well be back :)

Please explain your poor rating so that we can better our service. You never made us aware of any issues. In fact, you brought a third person to stay in a room that only accommodated two people. We made an exception and allowed even though the room is for two.

Our unit was so small it was not comfortable. Bedroom was freezing cold and 2nd bedroom/living room was hot. It was clean, and close to boardwalk and beach.

We will pass on to our staff how pleased you were on the cleanliness of the room. You should not have had this issue because there is a fan that has to be turned on to circulate the air between the other room. The room sizes on listed on the website. There are larger rooms for you to consider for future days. Please visit us again.
