"Anna holds this place together. During my stay there I witnessed her be spoken down to by 2 male guests. It was despicable, however the way she handled the situation was second to none, calm and measured. I hope her future endeavours in Australia go well and I hope management or whoever is in charge of Anna's capacity at this establishment doesn't let this go unnoticed. "
