"The room was not the cleaniest. The shower had a grody film, but I was desparate for a shower so I washed it down before using. There was left over food in both the refrigerator and freezer. Aside from that, the room was in order. Front desk was very helpful in keeping us informed about the weather and waves, as well as many recommendations for tours. "Beautiful but far from ocean. It was weird that that they didn’t provide beach chairs when asked. They sent us to another hotel to rent them. That doesn’t sound like a vacation property to me."

"This is an awesome property right on the beach, close to snorkeling with onsite laundry and pool! They also have complimentary shuttle service to nearby beaches and the Hanalei village which is super convenient. Loved the experience!"

"This property perhaps is best appreciated by thinking of it as a 'condo ' rather than a posh resort. Very well run, clean, close attention to detail, free parking, loaner beach gear etc. If you are expecting water slides and a lazy river...no. Medium sized pool w/ hot tub that we rarely shared w/ anyone. Do note that the upstairs neighbors were loud -- early (4 and 5 am) in spite of 'quiet time'. We complained once and then let it go...
