Excellent stay here and the stay on shift last night done an excellent job.
We were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived.
Great bar area and food in the evening was delicious.

The bedroom was very small, not large enough for 4, the bedroom carpet was very stained and the bathroom not cleaned properly, overall the property needs a refit

Rooms a little tired . Position is excellent as are the staff. I would certainly stay at this hotel again .

very quiet at check in, waited 5 mins till someone could check me in! Bedroom light flicking when i went in! Breakfast hot buffet not really hot! Young lad in restaurant should had his hair tied up or covered it was long!

Descent hotel right get on the front. Tram stop outside the front door. Service and staff excellent. Room was slightly small but comfortable.
