"They started charging for parking. Didnt tell us till we got there. No additional security for larking even though we are paying for it. Mind you the last time i was there my window got smashed out so i was excited to pay fir parking thinking "more securty" nope. Juat another suprise money grab "

"The staff were very gracious and helpful. The suite bathroom was very dated and in need of touch ups but the kitchen area was sufficient to meet our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable, rooms quiet and excellent curtain options for blackout or sheets. We enjoyed the workout facility and the laundry facilities were appreciated. I would stay here again in the future but I do hope bathroom renovations are in the plans for this hotel. "

"Loved everything about except the breakfast! Cold, sweet cereal only. Bread but no jam or anything to put on it. Waffles but very little syrup. The front desk people were terrific. "

"Everything was good except we booked the room became it was close to the airport and it had a 24 hour shuttle. Well, it wasn't 24 hour. It didn't start until 5:00 a.m. and we needed to be at the airport by 3:30. We had to order an Uber. We made it. However, not what we expected. "

"We had issues with check-in. Trying to charge us for parking. Beware. We chose this hotel through this website that said free, self parking, or we could’ve chosen something closer to our event.The room was clean, although there were three of us. There was only two sets of towels. We had to go down and get it because the phone in the room was broken. The light at the entry to the room was broken, breakfast didn’t have enough cereal but many options but one of the customers came and took...
