"This felt like you were staying with a local family because they stay on the lodge property too. The staff was amazing and caring. The property is in a beautiful area and the guides have things to do multiple times a day. The meals were home cooked and offered a lot of variety. Overall I can’t say enough about the people and the location and the service. Suggestions for travelers include not taking a big suitcase, leave that at a hotel in Manaus and pack just the clothing needed for the lodge....

"Very old, dirty, no one knows English except one person barely available! Food is terrible, rooms are old and small, and bathroom floor was dirty, flush didn't work. "
