The service was great, everyone seemed enthusiastic to help from the vallet parking to housekeeping. It would have been nice to have free parking but no we had to pay that in addition to the room fee. That should be mentioned at the time of booking.

Fantastic experience! Property was clean, safe, convenient for convention center... I would definitely stay again. Special thanks to the desk crew, including Avery, Michael M., Joey, Jame, Melissa, Michael S., Brandon, Ashlee, Amber, and Damien. I made extensive use of their services throughout my stay. They went the extra mile to make my stay memorable, from holding doors, to making printouts, to calling me by name when they saw me in the lobby. I was traveling alone, but it sure didn't feel like it! I really hope I have business in Portland again one day.
