Used to be very good but going downhill. Lack of service in buffet breakfast. Asked for higher floor but wasn’t offered by the agent at all. The free red wine wasn’t delivered to my room until the second day I asked again.

Very conveniently located for dining and transportation but is also located in a quiet corner of a vibrant area. Great views from the room. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to Fortress Hill MTR station. The view of Victoria Harbour from the rooftop terrace is stunning. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool in the evening with the lights of the harbour as a backdrop. Our superior harbour view room was a good size, with comfortable beds and had a great view of the harbour. The hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Dining at the hotel was a bit pricey but there are loads of restaurants/cafes in the local area to choose from, including McDonalds, Pizza Express, Five Guys, Subway, as well as excellent local cuisine. You’ll need cash or an Octopus card for the local restaurants as they don’t take Visa or Mastercard. The Wellcome supermarket next to the MTR station is handy for buying bottled water and snacks. We spent 10 nights here and visited all over Hong Kong, including Lantau Island. We also did a day trip to Macau on the ferry. Everywhere was so easily accessible. Google maps or the native app on your phone is your best friend for getting out and about. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

The harbour view from the room is enjoyable. Despite the hotel has run for years every place is nice and the property still looks new and vibrant.
