Hotel ok, location not great,
WI FI very poor and could not get WI FI in my hotel room.
see through cupboard and not enough coat hangers
Swimming pool not clean enough inside pool
Had to give a deposit for room key, need thali money

Dear Mr.Peter,Greetings from Golden Tulip Essential Pattaya !!Firstly we would like to say sorry for unsatisfied on your stay.As our hotel location has clearly stated on website that we are not center of Pattaya but we are a quite place from busy city. The wifi in room we would like to inform you that it is on our installation progress in order to be used in all guest room it might be strucked sometimes. From our experiences the deposit for room key is needed because some guests they left us without return it. Anyhow your comment is very much informative for us to improve our services and standard to reach guests satisfaction.We are looking forward to welcome you back to Golden Tullip Essential Pattaya in very near future.Kind regards,Wanatchaporn

Reception staff was very unprofessional, rude and they were on their phone whole time.
Our room bathroom was dirty so I asked to change which they did change however they were very rude.
The wifi doesn’t work at all on 7th floor so we had no wifi.
Ac doesn’t work properly, bathroom shower barely works.

1.อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างน้อย
2.ห้องพักไม่ค่อยสะอาด ผ้าปูเตียงขาด ผ้าห่มมีรอยคราบเก่า ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีรอยรุ่ย ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม*ต้องลงไปขอยืมข้างล่าง
3.ห้องน้ำ ไม่สะอาด ฝักบัวน้ำไม่แรง เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นปรับยากมาก
