The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. I ended up making 5 international calls upon arrival in order to checkin. There are systems that provide this information automatically. Water was dripping inside the refrigerator, and the in-room information did not list who to call to report issues.

The property itself is OK but communication and checking in procedure need a lot of improvement. The Expedia listing says to contact ahead for check in instructions. I did twice through Expedia with no response. Emailed Noa directly with no response. A friend in Oxford called and was told she and I both would be emailed check in instructions. They never arrived. So the day of check in my friend in Oxford went with me. No response. Just a directive on a sign to ring a phone number. As an overseas visitor, how would someone without a mobile be able to ring anyone. It’s only because my friend heard someone behind a door and knocked did we luck into help. The person who answered the door was another guest who rang the owner to get access to a lock box with a key in it. And instructions as to how to check out with no reception. Acceptable accommodation but to me, not worth the stressful check in and terrible communication.
