It smelled so bad that we couldnt even stay.

Very dingy, sketchy people everywhere, no bathroom door, tv, or trash can. Staff was nice though.

I booked a double bed room for myself and 2 children and was given a room with a single bed with torn bedding. The entry door was badly broken obviously from a previous forced entry and had a metal keyed bolt lock on the outside of the door meaning it could be locked from the outside only. The drapes were barely hanging from the window with a clear view into the room from outside and it was impossible to close them for privacy. There was a large hole in the ceiling drywall with exposed beams and the room was dirty and smeared with paint on the bathroom floor. It was very unsafe and the front desk told me they couldn't offer another room to accommodate 3 of us or provide a refund

Let's start with ... I didn't need a key to enter the room the door was already open! . No key needed the lck was broken. 2nd- bullet holes in the blankets and walls. Throw up next to the bed was pleasant. No door for the bathroom, electric wires hanging from the ceiling, no running water, bath tub encrusted with mold an 2030 diseases. The whole entire room looked like COVID. Staff acted like it wasn't a big deal. Christine (the one with zero teeth in her mouth) seem to hav the biggest attitude when asked why the room was in this condition. I witnessed a drug deal right outside the front office. Prostitutes in and out of every room. Mind you I was there for literally 30 minutes and witnessed all of this. If you value your health, your life, and morals... DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!
