"The receptionist folks might had an error regarding the booking and they kept on nagging me to either rebook it or leave. Booking was from Expedia India. They were somehow confidently blaming it as my mistake. Very cheap behavior!! Since I am a tourist I didn’t have a better phone service, only when I personally from their main phone called Expedia and kept it on speaker and got re assurance from Expedia, they were somewhat convinced. I literally had to hide from these folks till the Expedia...

"Very much enjoyed our stay at H78. We stayed one evening during our transit in Male on route to our final, island resort destination. Very convenient location. Airport transfers provided were great. Food was good and the overall facility was nice and well kept/clean. Room was a little small but as advertised and perfectly suitable for a short stay. Rooftop deck was particularly enjoyable and a great feature of this property. The staff were all very nice and really made our short stay....

"I was trying to coordinate pick up times for the airport transfer via the chat feature on Hotels.com and they were very unresponsive. They mentioned once they would coordinate with my other hotel for boat arrival and they never contacted them. I had my hotel reach out to them and was advised of my arrival and nobody was there.
