"Amazing staff "

"I arrived into Heathrow airport and this hotel is so incredibly convenient, located a minute’s walk from Green Park, a straight shot from the airport. I’d taken a red eye from the US so it was amazing to have an unexpected early check in to recuperate. Lots of staff, very attentive and friendly. A beautiful bar & restaurant. Highly recommend this lovely hotel."

"The hotel was lovely and the view from the top was amazing. Really enjoyed the stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing - cold plates and very little bread for toast - with a very slower toaster! The breakfast wasn’t worth what we paid. We would definitely recommend the hotel and its location for the theatres. We come again. "

"Great modern hotel 5 mins walk from Paddington station. Small room but with everything that you could require. Very generous offering of tea, coffee etc. in both room and lobby area where you can sit and relax. Enjoyed the 2 free drinks at a local bar. Breakfast was delicious and with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and informative. "
