We checked in and was ask first to give them a $50.00 refundable deposit which was weird, I've never had a hotel ask that before. The pictures on the internet don't match what what we saw the room or guest service desk. As soon as we checked in there was a man in the front doing construction ripping up the floor. As we were checking in we started reading the signs they posted. One was no refunds after 20 minutes. We got to our room and one bed had a stain on it of some sort. The sheets looked like they have been slept and and not changed. The bathroom had hair in the tub and in the sink. Over the sink on the ceiling it looked like plywood had been painted black. My whole overall experience I felt as though this room had been used and not clean and I asked for a immediate refund at the front desk. The ladies at the front asked why I was wanting a refund and and I told them I didn't feel it was cleared. They tried to offer us another room but I declined. She was very nice she did Refund me my fifty dollars But told me since I but Booked the room third party I would have to get in touch with them for a refund of the room.

The staff was friendly and the place was nice other than being stuck on the top floor having to run back and forth, because my key don't work and that's all I have to say, cause that's it's pretty nice other than that and no phone in the room
