"We had a late arrival driving from CA in a Moving truck towing a car. The tow had a flat so we had to call a service company come out and repair the tire. They came very late and Alex who was at the front desk called our room to make sure we knew someone was changing the tire. That’s excellent service from the staff!!!! She was also very helpful when we checked in!!! "

"We went to Little Rock for a concert. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We were able to drive a mile down the street, park across from the restaurant we ate at, and walk over to the concert. The hotel itself was clean and the beds were ver comfortable. I F I had to point out anything that could have been better, it was that housekeeping didn’t stock the room with Kleenex. In fact, I found the holder tucked back behind the towels, and one of our towels should have been retired,...
