Easy access off of I380. Quick and easy check in. Room was spacious and clean; bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was decent size with above average selections. Stayed one night after an Iowa football game and would stay again.

The property was very clean but the beds were absolutely horrible. It was like sleeping on a cement floor.

Loved our overnight stay in this quiet, clean and affordable hotel. The breakfast amenities were not the greatest, but staff were awesome!

It was a nice, economical stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind, and the complimentary breakfast was good.
My only concern was that Expedia did not notify of a $25/pet fee at the time of booking.
