Staff were very pleasant in a poor environment Bar wasn't stocked ran out of a number of drinks. Very run down hotel. No idea how they maintain a 4* rating

The hotel is fabulous!!! Close to everything including the beach. Clean, comfy and comfortable rooms. Great pool and fantastic staff

Good hotel

My experience with the hotel was all good. It is situated between sejinyak and Kuta. Walking distance to Kuta beach is app. 3 km. Walking distance to Seminyak is about 2 km. I love walking thus good experience. Cleanliness could be better. Very suppritve staff. Allover good experience.

I guess you get what you pay for, the staff were very nice, but the hotel is old, they offered wifi that wasn't working, the sheets and towels were old, the pillows a bit smelly, the quality of the breakfast buffet was not very good. The location was good, walking distance to different local shops and small restaurants.

The service was excellent. The resort is older and could do with some work but nice enough.

Pool was great but pool bar was poor. Beer was worm and they ran outof it. Bathroom shower wasnt working properly.
