Unfriendly night staff -hotel not dog friendly in their excessive charges for a dog to stay only one night. They charged an undisclosed, excessive dog fee for a one night stay of $75. (The hotel at our end destination charges the same amount of $75 for one week,)
At check in, I asked to speak with management about the possibility of a price concession on the extreme fee that was undisclosed on the booking
Online. We would have never stayed with this pricey fee. The night front desk woman in blue and green hair snapped at me before I could finish my sentence as she rudely interrupted and snapped at my request “No, there’s nothing I can do and will not be contacting my manager.” Every customer request/complaint should be heard and listened to and responded to. Will never stay here again since customer voices are not cared about or listened to. When we were leaving there was paint spots all over lobby floor with no signage.

Great stay the only downside for me is breakfast is not complimentary

I only slept here, and I did figure out the AC this time, so I honestly didn't have any complaints.

Everything was great. Rooms are a little dated but overall still nice. The staff was great as well and the manager took care of us

I stayed for one night, and I slept well. The only complaint I had was that I couldn't adjust the temperature of on the AC, I could only turn in off and on.

At this price point this facility is a good value. It is clean, convenient for interstate travelers, and the service is friendly.

Lots of noise in the foyer from the guests who were dining there. It is bearable, but I had to wait 15-20 minutes at the concierge for the check in it’s my 2 year old. The fun part is that there were only 2 people in fromt of me
