"The staff at Ty hotel was wonderful. The server at the rooftop bar - not so much. She was rude to our group from the second we walked in and there were 12 of us. You’d think she’d be happy to get a group that large. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The rooftop was one of the reasons we chose this hotel- I hope they can get customer service figured out up there. "

"This place was amazing. Nice and new. Very clean. Everything worked in the room. My only small complaint would be the beds. They are very high. Short or older people will have to crwal up on them."
