With the exception of one gentleman, front desk staff callous, uncaring, professional and rude. Not at all friendly (except for one gentleman who finally ended up helping me check in.) Warning to guests: the hotel imposes a $75/per day hold on credit card for “incidentals”. Takes 5 business days to be credited. When I checked out this morning I was told they couldn’t check me out at the moment because they were in the middle of an audit. This was 4:15 am. When I received my receipt via email, I had been charged parking fees for three days even though I didn’t have a car. The hotel is tired and the front desk ladies must also be tired because they seemed so disinterested and grumpy.

The property was decent and mostly kept up. However, the staff was absolutely horrible when requesting additional safety measures, we were never informed of when the request would be completed or if it was being worked on. Later to find out the request was never to be filled, after waiting hours.

At first the room was super cold. It did warm up, but not as much as I hoped. There were no extra blankets in the room.

We booked on Expedia. Gave my debit card for incidentals. Agent that check us in said no charge for support animals. We get to the room and there are stains all over the carpet. The sink was on a slant so you can even put a bar of soap on it. Everything would just slide right off. The built in table in bathroom on a slant as well so you couldn't put anything on it. Shower was stained and dirty. We never showered here. We checked out promptly in the morning. As I was walking our dogs and luggage to the car the agent yells across the way, are you checking out? I said yes, but I am loading my car first! I went back in and checked out. We paid $134.00 for this room. I checked my bank and the check out agent which was a front desk supervisor charged us $75.00 fee for our service dogs. Without even saying a word. I called back two days later, and was told the manager was off but I could leave a voicemail which I did. (A very detailed message) the manager never called me back or refunded us. It is very sad that this hotel would take advantage of disabled people. And this room was literally gross!

Cable tv had very few channels working. The desk clerk said she would have someone to go check it out but no one came.

We arrived with our booking from Expedia. Check in was easy. I came to Raleigh for a tubal reversal surgery. Abdominal surgery. I needed a shower with a low lip instead of a full bath. I paid extra for it. They said that only the queen bed rooms had roll in showers. Even though Expedia showed me a king with an accessible shower. We get to the room it has a full tub and as my husband went to put the cart back i found someone's used false eyelashes in the floor in front of the coffee bar. I brought it downstairs and they offered to switch rooms. We sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting for a room after 18 hours of driving. We were exhausted and just wanted to lay down. They did give us a free meal voucher. Then i contacted Expedia with the issue because they told me that I could get a king bed with an easy accessible shower and the hotel said it was Expedia's fault. I was hoping to be reimbursed for the inconvenience. The lady at the Starbucks couldn't do more than grunt at me in the lobby... next trip i would rather stay in a motel 6. At least I can expect that level of awful off the bat. I had never stayed in a hilton. It was a splurge for our trip. I will never use one again.

The service was horrible they didn't clean for 2 days after i asked for my room to be cleaned. There was a party and the other guest were loud and i couldn't call to the font desk because the phone in my room was broken. I told them that too.

Had no complaints about anything. Staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was bigger than I expected and very clean.
