"This is a small hotel and in our discussions with other guests a very loyal year to year clientele. Pool area is nice with lots of chaise lounges and seating. Pool and area are very clean. We had room #1 which is very small but comfortable. Small refrigerator and stove and utensils. The day to day manager and the lady who takes care of the rooms are very friendly and professional. "Nice place, decent rooms and made reasonable accommodations to our needs coming in late and switching rooms mid-trip. The heated outdoor pool was nice, very warm at first but we were able to adjust that easily enough. Rooms were clean, mattresses were a bit thin, not super comfortable, but sufficient. "

"Dee Jay Beach resort is a great place to stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. Not only us it in a great location, our efficiency was comfortable and roomy. The owner was on site and attended to any needs we had. The backyard was a nice respite from the hectic travel and had a pool and lounge chairs to relax and rest. There was a shopping plaza a short distance away, which housed a super market, a diner, and so much more. A short drive, led us to a great area with lots of restaurants and shops. ...
