I gave this property another try after saying I’ll never stay here again. -There are homeless people getting subsidized Rooms by the government. They are on the first floor with their dogs, They also just hang in the lobby, watching people come in and out of the door because they have no job. I don’t feel safe there. Colleen-Ocean View, Delaware.
I felt unsafe.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the best Western Chesapeake Bay North Inn. we do not have homeless people living here or have any one getting subsidized living stay at this hotel. At the time of your stay we had 2 weddings, a sports team a few contractors that extended. we also had a few people who were here visiting family. we are a pet friendly hotel. at the time of your stay we had several quest who traveled with there dogs and a cat and a bird. the wedding parties meet in the lobby for various reasons. also the sports team also uses the lobby and eating area. there was an older gentleman who picked out a book and sat in the lobby chair instead of going back to his room and he read the book. We have a good clientele that comes to this hotel. We have not had any issues at all. We also have 24 hour security system which i am sure that you saw upon check in. Did you Speake to the front desk about your concerns? On behalf of our team we do apologize for you feeling unsafe. The front desk would have happily addressed any concerns that you may have had. I hope that you will give us another chance to welcome you back.

Not the best place to stay TBH only stayed one night & won’t stay again. Bed was uncomfortable.

This hotel is very clean, and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice place for a good price. I would recommend. Clean and polite staff. Breakfast very basic.
