Room was basic but tidy and with everything we needed. Host was super friendly and very helpful. It’s just a slightly rougher part of town with all the student flats, made worse by it being the last weekend for many students in Dunedin.

It was dirty ,grounds were all overgrown and other HC Tenants there were uncomfortable

We were charged for an extra person even though we were 5 people in a 5 person room. Everything you looked at wasn’t in the right shape. Motel parking is awkward.

Thank you. The only thing that I need to address was the towel was not enough as I add one person. Plus the refund that they owed me it didn't come through.
The place was good. Enough space but toiletry resources was not enough. For example towels and toilet paper.
