"Lovely place overall and I would definitely go back but there are some areas for improvement. Our villa had the pool light broken, and cracked. so it wasn’t as nice in the evening as the other villas. In my opinion we should not have been given this unit as it needed repairs. There should be more beds available on the beach as there are not enough and there is plenty of room for more. And for a camp site with camper vans every where, we were told not to bring our vehicle into the site and to...

"We absolutely loved this property! The suite was so clean, super comfortable, amazing views, had everything we needed, was a great location to walk into town, the pool was great, and there's a beach very close, and also good dining close to the suites. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Petra, the receptionist, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future. "

"Location was fantastic but be prepared to walk up lots of stairs. Old city centre totally walkable but this always means parking is a few blocks away. Breakfast included plus discount if you eat any other meals there. Suite itself good, but unfortunately smelly bathroom drains that may be due simply to an old building that the host may have no control over. Keep the door closed so the sleeping area doesn’t pick up the smell. Overall good but if you’re picky go elsewhere. Host was great."

"Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped - everything for our family 5-night stay. Kitchen area was equipped with kettle, coffee maker, microwave and electric hob. Crockery and utensils also provided. Seating inside and out for 4. Bathroom with shower was spotlessly clean. Easy parking provided. "

"I would choose staying here over the many hotels and other properties I’ve stayed in around the world. The owner was amazing, guiding us around the property, even offering us use of the facilities until our late flight on check out day. I chose this property based on location and reviews and there is a reason why the ratings are so high. Thank you Sanja, we will definitely return in the near future."

"Staff was great. The family gave us a tour of their wonderful garden ( olive, apple, lemon, kiwi etc trees). Room was very comfortable. It is walkable to the old town ( 30 minutes). My only negative would be that the towels need to replaced. Highly recommend this stay. "

"We enjoyed a quiet stay a Villa Vanilla. Our host kindly did all our laundry and accommodated an early departure. We were able to walk the neighborhood easily finding good food and beach access. It is a ways from old town was the only down side. "

"This is proper 'glamping'. Brand new mobile homes laid out amongst lovely trees on a spectacular stretch of coastline. Croatia is beautifully clean and unspoilt, visit now!"

"Great little complex 100m from the beach and bus stop to Zadar. Pool area has both the sun and shade through the day. Lovely terrace area over-looking the sea and vineyards."

"Hana , is the manager. she and her assistant , Santa were incredibly helpful, friendly , knowledable and kind. They solved all kinds of logistic and WiFi problems for me. “Golden RTs” is a fantastic place. Very contemporary, new and has a most beautiful view over the ocean. There is a lovely path of approx, 20 min. Walk into Oromosten which is extremely charming. I recommend it highly to any traveler. Just ask for an apartement without stairs."

"Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. "The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."
