"I visited this hotel on business recently and I was surprised how nice it was. They had made a huge effort with the decor going up the stairs and also so really noticed all the Christmas decorations which made it feel extremely festive and seasonal. The staff were very friendly and chatty and were also extremely attentive and professional. Prices of food were on the expensive side however it was of very very good quality.
