Love the settlers green outlets convenient location to hotel. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket for any incidental needs.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The actual hotel itself is dated, which I do not mind. However, our room was disgusting. There was hair from previous guests in the bathroom sink, and the shower. The room was so dusty on the end tables and lamps I could have written a message in the dust with my fingers if I wanted. There was a liquid spilled and dried all over the thermostat, which I’m assuming was from a previous leak as the ceiling was stained yellow in certain spots. Definitely will not be returning if I stay in the area again.

The room was infested with bugs, mildew on ceilings and walls, shower enclosure was broken, ceiling falling down in corner of room, sheets and bedspread were dirty, phone did not work, lights in our room did not work, light bulbs were missing, floor in bathroom cracked, filthy rugs in our room and hallways, lobby was filthy. When we arrived they increased the cost of the room. I have pictures of everything that I have mentioned and would be happy to send them to you. We complained the first night we were there and they said they would bring us light bulbs and inspect the room and not one person came. when we checked out we complained and the woman was very apologetic and said all the rooms were the same. We feel that we should be reimbursed for the total cost of the room. We booked the room for a little get away to celebrate our 59th wedding anniversary. We look forward to your response.
