Well the housekeeping left a dirty bathing suit in the bathroom we froze because they have the heat locked. I had written on the comment card about the bathing suit and when we left we had the do not disturb sign on the door but housekeeping decided to go in our room anyway and she saw the comment I left and worth a note back to me but still left the bathing suit in the bathroom. Also they touched all my stuff folded my clothes that were in my suitcase I'm disgusted that someone was in my room when they weren't supposed to be touching my stuff. They left trash but organized my belongings. Never again will I stay there nor will I recommend this place

There was no do not disturb sign on your door when the housekeeper did stay over service. The bathing suit was removed during the stay over service, and the housekeeper left you an apology note for overseeing the bathing suit on the back of the door.The heat is not locked, we would have gladly assisted you had you reached out.We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.
