"Booked on March 9 for dates 3/11-3/13. Flight was canceled 3/11 so I didn't end up arriving until 3/12 to check in. Hotel canceled my reservation without updating or communication of any time. "

"The property is clean. But we booked a room with 2 queen size beds, instead were given a room with one king and a very uncomfortable pull out sofa. We were told that we should complain to Expedia …. And nothing was done for the situation. Breakfast was available- not good though . "

"Property was good the problem was they gave my room with a walk in shower away and gave me a standard room with a tub which was difficult for me to lift my legs. I paid for a room with walk in shower. I arrived approximately 10:00 pm and they said I arrived too late. During the past seven years I have arrived much later and they always reserved my room."
