The room exceeded expectations. Everything was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable and fresh. Any issues that we had were promptly resolved and we felt comfortable and respected as guests. When I come back to Wilmington, I am staying here and I would highly recommend to those who are looking for a safe, affordable, and good experience visiting Wilmington.

Furnishings in my room were very dated and in need of replacement. Desk chair had an arm that had been mended; sofa and chair were both broken down and needed a bed pillow or two to make comfortable. However, for the price I am willing to accept these failings as I do not normally spend a lot of time in the room.

Everything was good except the smell of the room was horrible. Not sure if it was because it was a pet room. Or the shampoo on the rugs but using the fan for air conditioner made it way worse.

Great location. Good choice when traveling with dogs. Nice bedding. OK breakfast. Friendly staff.
Didn't like dirty floor in uncarpeted area. Should be wet mopped more frequently. I used paper towels to wipe up water spilled by the dog. Made paper towel black with filth. Room rate was great. Overall, satisfied.
