"Very handy to water. On the ground floor area the roof noisy from creaky floor upstairs and heavy walkers which was a little concern. Bed very firm, ok if you like that. "

"We had a great stay in the Sunset Tent during Christmas. Although there was no air-conditioning, fortunately we had a cool breeze blowing through & by opening the windows it flows through - also has a fan if needed. Toilet & shower was just a small walk away. Lots of wildlife to enjoy - we seen & heard Koalas, possums, magpies & lorikeets were all very friendly. Sunset views were very spectacular. Great dining options nearby as well."

"Central to Nelson Bay. Plenty of parking. Clean room, well fitted out. Fairly quiet room location but it was a lengthy walk from the lift and back to the carpark. I'm fit and healthy, but someone older may not be as happy about the walking. "
