"Cool experience staying in the capsule. The main downside compared to a traditional hostel is that I didn't see my roommates at all - everyone gets into their capsule and there's little interaction. It could have just been the people that were there at that time, but I think a capsule is great if you're looking for privacy and not so good if you're looking to interact with fellow travellers. "Nice overnight stay hotel bec of free shuttle to airport. The corridors are old but the room is newly renovated good size. The bed was too soft for me but acceptable. Staff friendly n nice esp the shuttle bus drivers. They were helpful! "

MGH Mitsui Garden Hotel Taipei Zhongxiao

"The staff was exceptional. The front desk stored our luggage two days prior to check-in and our luggage was in our room upon our arrival. The lounge area was very nice as we were able to utilize it after we checked out, as we had a late flight departure. Upon checking out, front desk staff noticed we hadn't used two of our breakfast coupons and re-issed coupons that could be used towards lunch/ dinner for our final day. They were very helpful in calling taxis and helping my husband, who is handicapped. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were ample outlets to charge our electronics. We enjoyed our stay. "
