"Friendly staff and great service. The only complain I had was the water shut-off in early morning hours due to maintenance."

"The staff were lovely and did their best in spite of language probkems. Suggest giving them clear short written notes. I was here for 4 days gone for eight and back for one and they remembered a specisl request I made the first time. Excellent location, just beside the global trade centre. On the negative side the Internet access is really bad- even by Chinese standards and the mattress is quite hard."

"방이 넓고 PC도 있음. WIFI는 있는데 중국모든 호텔이 그렇듯이 빠르진 않음. 청소도 깔끔하고 보기보다 객실이 많음. 화장실이 청소가 잘되어있지만 곰팡이 냄새가 살짝 남. 문을 닫으면 됨."
