I was charged a incorrect price for a military rate

Hi Mr. Gerald,Your last extension was at a government rate. However, due to occupancy levels, this rate did not match your daily rate from Monday to Friday. I appreciate your feedback, and as a one-time courtesy, we will process a refund for the difference between your daily rate and the rate you were charged on your last day.

I did not like that you had to pay for parking and the hotel needs some renovations. The staff was friendly though and it was fairly clean!
