Excellent customer service and helpful. Excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet in the morning was incredible.

horrible service, lost booking. wasted afternoon

could not find my booking. had me wait 2 hours at the lobby and on the phone with Hotels.com. Neither party would cancel and refund me after the 2 hour wait. became very angry and annoyed with the customer service and how they handled the situation. will never use Hotels.com again.

The hotel stay was fine, but you can tell the hotel has been around for quite a while. They did their best to have all the amenities in the room and it was clean. I think the hotel may allow smoking in the rooms (I actually didn’t ask for one but should have in hindsight) and you can certainly smell it in the rooms. Hotel stay was fine, but you can tell the hotel has been around for quite a while. They did their best to have all the amenities in the room. The staff is kind and courteous. No issues really except that it looks as if it could use some fixing up due to wear and tear. Overall I would stay there again as its location is very convenient to a number of tech companies there.

The major issue with yhis hotel is the lack of English speaking employees. While I do not expect evrry employee to spesk Enhlish, it would be helpful if more than 1 did. The facilities were nice, clesn and well kept.
