"Beautiful hotel, centrally located to Santa Fe plaza. Nice, helpful staff, convenient valet and other parking nearby. A bit loud at night with crowd noise from outside, but overall nice place. "

"There's only one elevator for 4 floors, the restaurant were you eat is far from the rooms, the neighborhood was not so great, and I think that the bathtubs should be removed from the bathrooms. Our room was missing a sofa. Could not find the ice machine."

"Me and the wife truly could not get enough of this town, let alone the lodge. Greeted with some of the best staff around we were able to experience Santa Fe almost to its fullest with just the couple of days we were staying. I cannot express how friendly and understanding the staff was. We had a personal issue with one of the rooms and the lady at the front desk (night) was absolutely willing to make sure we had a great stay, no questions asked! Love this place and Santa Fe. "Outstanding property with a lot of stunning features and beautiful art decorating this historic hotel. The sister property El Chaco offers all the amenities of a modern hotel, but I’d rather stay in Hotel Albuquerque because of the tranquility and, furthermore, I felt the history when I was walking through the hotel and around the property. That’s always a very surreal feeling."
