"Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet. I also wasn't quite expecting the room to be a extra room in someone's residence but it was spacious and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The owners were friendly but not intrusive. "We stayed in Aunties house, it had two bedrooms (queen and two twins) which worked great for us. It has a nice sized bathroom with a large shower (no tub). The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. "
