"The swimming pool and Hot tubs were awesome. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of fresh towels and places to dry off with."

Yellow stained sheets, when we asked for replacements they requested we go to the front desk and get them ourselves. We had booked two nights there and check out after the first because how unclean it felt"

"Drake at the front desk was great! Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. He was kind and welcoming. We needed a humidifier which he accommodated very quickly. Very clean place and great restaurant!"

"We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. "
