The staff was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We needed to change our rooms at the last minute and they were more than willing to make it happen. The rooms were large and clean. In addition, the breakfast was great and there were many options.

Needed a place to stop over for one night while traveling from the south to the North of Oregon 101. Was pleased and found it nice enough for a place to sleep, with options for takeaways near by!

Room was tired and bare. Toilet flusher broken. Only flooring dirty.

Nothing unique, property is old and the rooms need to be updated. The paint and doors are old and dirty and bathroom counters and toilet/shower needs to be updated. The door threshold was not sealed at the bottom of the door.

The heat AC didn’t work. The shower water was cold and hot. Changed every few seconds. I travel a ton and that motel was horrible and the room smelled terrible.

Shares a parking lot with a mall, and the only walkable food is the bowling alley next door.

Easy to get to. Check in was quick and simple. Receptionists put us in a more secured section, very thoughtful of her.

Wanted to check in andwe needed an ADA accessibility we asked for ADA room as my traveling partner is in a wheelchair.we were placed in a room and told that the door for the ramp is only functioning as an exit and I had climb three stairs to get into the other end of the building and then the entire hallway to the ADA ramp. Unable to use the wheelchair in the bathroom in our room and we were unable to get changed ADA room when requested we were told they were only available occasionally. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the hot tub and it had been down for a month and we weren’t even told that during check in, the doorway off the ramp also had a large transition strip, and it was a struggle to get in and out of the building.
