MY HOTEL STARTED FLOODING , THE MANAGER CARL WAS NICE BUT THE OWNER WAS BEING DISRESPECTFUL BECAUSE I TOLD HIM HE STARTED TELLING HE WOULD PUT ME OUT . Never again

For me it was the close convenience of everything within walking distance. You have the beach, the market, the food options, the shopping corridor. across from the carillon, whose spa services i admire.
The room was just what you needed after a day out in the Miami Heat. Check in was easy and communication was clear. Hotel had little coolers you could use and take with you to beach. Just be respectful and considerate enough to clean and return. The restaurant downstairs has great lunch deals and is a great spot to watch folks strolling on Collins. I am glad to say that Norman's is home to me.

It was a pretty good stay! Not bad! I would just recommend having someone at the front desk, fixing the doors (locks), and better beds. Overall, nice stay.
