The check in gal was not welcoming in any way! Did not offer the complementary anything. I have been staying with hotel Zemphry for the past 3 years i will now choose a different hotel.

Some of the hotel room areas (fridge area) were not clean. Front desk staff were somewhat friendly. I didn't like having to pay a resort fee. The "resort" benefits were the games room and backyard fire pits but that's it. Nothing spectacular.

Great hotel, nice, comfortable rooms, nicely designed, really nice location, reasonable price. Would like to come back again
