"1st impression, the hotel was a bit dated on the outside. Loads of spaces for parking. Just remember to validate your vehicle reg on the tablet in reception.Check in was easy, staff polite and pleasant. The place was busy.Plenty of space in the bar/reception area. Room was ok. We were put in a room overlooking the road. Double glazed windows didn't close properly. You could hear traffic outside and people talking as they walked past. "The Mill is in a good location about a ten minute walk from the centre of Chester. It is comfortable, clean, and there is a good breakfast. Nice to watch the ducks in the canal over breakfast too. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. There is a good sized car park. Overall a nice place to stay if visiting Chester. "
